New Client Appointments
Please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a quick form.  We also ask that you check out the Tips & Faqs page on the website prior to your appointment, particularly if it’s your first time waxing.

Cancellations/ No-Shows
We understand that stuff comes up, but we kindly ask that you give us a 24 hours notice before you cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.  If you late cancel or no-show an appointment once, a credit card will be required to schedule any future appointments with us. If there is another incident of late canceling, rescheduling, or a no-show, the card will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to reschedule or shorten the length of treatments, so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

Product Returns
We cannot accept any returns on opened  products. Should you be less than happy with any unopened product, please return it to Wax n’ Peels within 30 days with your original receipt, and we’ll be happy to refund your purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method.

Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard or debit.
Checks are not accepted on the first visit.
